Bluffton Fishing Company is owned and operated by Captain Austin Pierce. Captain Austin is a local native who grew up on these waterways fishing and shrimping his whole life. Ever since he was young his passion was spending time on the water. It is now his goal and mission to show others the beauty and excitement of the Lowcountry waterways.

Austin has had his US Coast Guard issued captains license since high school. Prior to getting his license he was a tour guide/mate for a local company. He has been chartering fishing boats for well over half a decade in the area. He works hard year round to ensure that he is providing his clients with an action-packed trip sending them home with lots of memories.
